Character Bio

The Art of War consists of thirteen chapters, written during the fifth century before the current era. Of the thirteen chapters, Fade is interested in only one, the thirteenth.  Translated from ancient chinese in many different ways, it enumerates the uses of the reconnaissance unit.  For the chinese, that unit was the ninja.

Specially trained in all forms of martial arts, the ninja is the antithesis of the samurai. Using darkness, guile, and deceit, the ninja was tasked with both gathering intelligence and sabotage.  

The man you see before you is only seen because he allows you to see. The threat is not the ninja you see, it is the ninja that is unseen.
