A genie from the elemental plane of air, Inclement became trapped within this dimension when a summoner of advanced age died of a heart attack partway through the planar contract bindings. While blocked from accessing the majority of his vast powers, his control of wind and rain have him being quite powerful by mortal standards. Inclement adventures to discover a means to break the contract remnants and return to his extradimensional home.
