Character Bio

Derek Constantine loved gadgets since he was a small child. Derek was a good student in school, good enough to earn him a scholarship to one of the better state run Universities. Exceptionally bright, but never the A+ student as he didn't quite fit in. He earned a Bachelors in Science and was well on his way to earning his Masters when his Thesis project blew up half the University Lab. Needless to say, he was expelled from school and was fortunate no one had died in the accident. Crushed by the incident and all the aftermath, Derek went to work for a small electronics repair store in Paragon, earning a modest living fixing all the gadgets he loved. On his way home one evening, he found a piece of Ritki hardware that undoubtedly came from one of the frequent encounters the city's heros have. Taking it home and looking it, he realized that the technology in the Ritki piece was the key to his thesis. He worked tirelessly until Dark Concequences was a reality.
