Nicolai Talban was a up and coming decteive out of precing 7, when he came across a cold case of some of Praetor Keys earlier experiments on gene therapy and alteration. Getting the green light to reopen the case and see if Praetor Keys earlier work has something to do with the recent surge of undead activity in the sewers of Pretoria.  With the fall of Praetor Keys from grace, Praeror Barry sent out a execution Order on Dective Talban just to make sure that all loose ends were taken care of.
