Character Bio

Rangle was living the good life. Waiter at a posh restaurant at night. Surfer during the day. Would have been perfect if it hadn't been for the chemical dump that occured while he was out surfing one day. Rangle was in a coma for 9 months after accidently swollowing some of the spill. They never did figure out who had dumped the chemicals as the composition was nothing anyone had seen before. When Rangle did finally recover from his coma he noticed things had changed. He'd changed. His eyes were a solid blue and he could move things with his mind. He couldn't look at the ocean the same way with out a subconcious dread. Although he could go in the water, his passion for surfing would never be rekindled. He became a hero in the hopes that one day he might learn who had dumped the chemicals in the ocean that had changed him forever.
