Main is Energizing Ion

During an experiment that the famous Dr. Novad was preforming on a stormy night,
something happened. A few minor 'glitches' in the system came up but the Dr.
wanted to continue the experiments. The experiments (which were paid for by the
Countess Crey herself) were cancelled due to them not finding anything that was
working. The experiments were classified and all that are known about them was
that Crey was trying to figure a way to travel through time...or so that's what the
rumors were.

That night as Dr. Novad was going he got struck by lightning and ended up in the
hospital.

After a year or so he awoke from his coma and felt something very different about
himself. He could see what was going to happen before it actually happened.

After a few weeks had gone by he also noticed he could control the very weather
itself. He knew he had to do what was right and protect the innocents in Paragon
City.
