Character Bio

Jake Ehlers was a down-on-his-luck artist when the Kheldian known as Brilliant Nebula came. It was close to death, having been ruthlessly hunted by the Nictus. It needed a host, that it could live on and fight back against those who would see its people unmade. There was nothing special about Jake -- no hidden strength, no mysterious past. He was simply there when the Kheldian fell to Earth. He was simply there when it asked to merge with him. But he said yes. Now, he has a new purpose, a new life. Now, Jake Ehlers is Captain Nebula, Defender of the Cosmos.
