Jason has a habit of checking out any vaguely attractive female in his vacinity. He often seems to be a lot older than he looks and is always well dressed,
apparently getting a lot of money from somewhere. His voice is cultured,
with a slight oriental accent.

He holds a position as a lecturer in the university at Salamanca, but has been away from Paragon City for over a year researching in the Mediterranean.
