-Is often disguised as the hero "Thompson Ninja" when in Paragon City.

At first glance, you see an unassuming businessman who appears to be around 40 years old. Upon closer investigation, however, you notice an odd quality to his skin. As you watch closely, you begin to notice singular habits that set him apart from the norm.

Most obvious, his eyes dart back and forth, constantly examining the world around him. There is no fear in his gaze, merely a vigilant awareness.

It doesn't happen often, but when the light catches his hands right, you see a glint of metallic texture mixed with his skin.  His hat is carefully positioned to keep as much light off his face as possible to hide the same property.
