Character Bio

[light rp] October Dandelion Spenser grew up on a commune in Northern California. Raised by eco-friendly but naive parents, her childhood was warm and fuzzy with lots of tree hugging fun. Unbeknownist to her parents and fellow commune members, the government used property near the commune to illegally dump radioactive materials and other toxic substances. The combination of materials caused a mutant reaction in young October giving her various super-human abilities. She has come to Paragon City to learn how to use her new powers, fight against evil and make the world safe for recycyling!
