"Too clever by far," some might say of this scheming young woman. "Too frigid by far," would say the guy who was with her when her cold powers manifested (why else would he say it?). "Too skinny by far," would say those who disapprove of anyone skinnier than they. But now we're off topic.

Why Ipsicle? Is it some frozen treat? Is it somehow related to the internet? Well, no, because as she'd frostily point out it's actually iPsicle. As in i-psi-cle. "So she cycles, so what?" You now say, as she grinds her teeth before grinding your toes beneath her stiletto heels.

"Oh, she sighs!" you exclaim. "But.... what does the cle mean?"

Well by now she's possibly brought her ice sword down on your head, at which point perhaps it would dawn that Psi refers to the mental portion of her powers. No, not the obsessive shopping compulsion, or the shoe fetish. Not even the violent streak you've noticed.

Piece it together. I Psi cle. Squish the words together. Isle. Don't squish them quite so much.
