Character Bio

Clairevoire is a product of a Canadian genetic engineering program.  As a child, she contracted a serious illness.

Her parents were approached by government authorities in charge of the "Genius Program", taking terminally ill children and experimenting on them and augmenting them and resequencing their genes and DNA. The hope was that these children would be saved but at the same time also activating special abilities. Although not all the children survived, it gave hope to many who had none. The objective of the experiment performed on Clairevoire was to augment her mental capacities to give her precognitive abilities but it failed. However, she gained the ability to freeze objects and manipulate electricity and more recently, the ability to manipulate fire.

Naturally athletic and affable, Clairevoire fared extremely well throughout her studies excelling in both sports and academics.  She was quickly recruited into Project WRIDER and is a City Hall clerk when off assignment.
