Character Bio

An artificially intelligent suit of armor, designed and developed by the original US Customs Inspector Robert Borne, suffered a terrible accident one day during a bombing raid by the Rikti.  An electrical surge overloaded the suit's failsafes and fusing several circuits together.  The suit, believing it was under attack, turned on Borne and attacked him.  The AI suit escaped and is now running rampart in the Rogue Islands while Borne is laying in a hospital in Paragon City, helpless to bring to justice the monster he created.
