The arrow that strikes truest in the darkest of days.

Leopold Kramer is career military: Born and bred Army brat, he spent most of his childhood abroad with his parents while on active duty. And, like father, like son: He fast-tracked his way through the lower recruits and began to apply himself to his natural skills.

A composite bow is an extension of him; he understands it like few others have in history. And with these natural skills, the military began taking notice of him.

He spent five years with the Department of Defense, officially as an advisor on guerilla tactics in South America.

Unofficially? That's classified. But his private file is stamped "Eyes Only", with the phrase "Blackest Arrow" scribbled in pencil next to his name. Why, you can only guess.
