High Authority wasn't always know by that name. His first was experiment X47...

He was conceived in a test tube grown in a tank. Finely born a grown man.
His task was to fight for Cole. But one thing had been overlooked his Mind.
He knew right from wrong he knew it was wrong to hold people down.
So he escaped from the PPD and joined the Crusaders only to find they were if anything worse then Cole.
During his time with them he met and fell in love with Purple Amazon. They decided that they had to help to bring Cole down but not by using more force then him.
So they joined the Wardens and met Rainbow Warden, Rock Star, Candy Snap, Doomageddon and Cardiac Arrest.
