Character Bio

William Roberts, a.k.a. Agent Lonestar, is a beer drinking, heck raising, proud son of the Great State of Texas. Roberts was widely known throughout the country as the next great quarterback until the state playoff finals in his senior year. Roberts was tackled with a late hit by a defensive lineman that was determined to see his school win. The hit broke Robert's back and put him into a deep coma. The hospital attempted an experimental drug to bring him out of it; however, the drug unknowingly activated his long dormant mutant DNA. Being in a state of unconciousness, the mutant DNA grew under the influence of his subconcious. When Roberts awoke seven years later, he was, needless to say, a changed man. Now Roberts possesses powers that are very dark and this troubles him to no end. In an effort to "redeem" these powers, he uses them to fight for truth and justice.
