Ginsu = the world-famous knives ("Never needs sharpening!") popularized by advertising wizard Arthur Schiff ("Now how much would you pay? But wait, there's more!").
Tsunami = from the Japanese meaning "harbor wave", a long, high sea wave often caused by undersea earthquakes.
Neko = Japanese for "cat".
Ginsu + Tsunami + Neko = Ginsunami Neko, a magical force of nature, in cat form, wielding the sharpest knives known to man. She currently resides in Paragon City, where she is kept very busy protecting the innocent and spanking the guilty. (She also makes a mean Macaroni and Cheese!)
