Praetorian counterpart to the hero known as January Arms. Allison Ingeer was first a loyalist in Cole's Powers Division, believing that she could best defend the public if the law was on her side. But as she ascended the ranks, she became privy to too much corruption within Cole's regime and could no longer tolerate her own silence.
From that day forth, Dawn's Early Light was a sworn protector of the people, and no higher power would get in her way!
