Injured in a Gang War with the Bloods, Jason was accidentally put into a super
secret program. This program was used by the Government to experiment on
human bodies with dangerous chemicals. After a dangerous procedure gone
wrong, Jason transformed into this wrecking ball known as The Ultimate
Incomprehensible Kila Cross Over. He now uses his super strength and evolved
abilities to put the smackdown on Paragon City's evil underground syndicate.
