Character Bio

Dr. Silas Cartwright was one of Praetoria's most eminent scientific minds.  Holding doctoral degrees in mechanical engineering and theoretical physics, Dr. Cartwright was on the fast track to a stellar career at whichever university he so chose.  The pinacle of his career was his discovery of a way to channel both technological power and the untapped potential of the human body for both offensive and defensive purposes.

However, that was all put on hold when Emporer Cole decided that Dr. Cartwright's gifts would be better put to use to advance the goals of all of Praetoria.

While the opportunity to serve his nation was a great honor to him, Dr. Cartwright still resents Cole for tearing him away from his promising research and gangpressing him in to service within the Powers Division.
