Character Bio

It fell from the Dark, and I watched. My world was already in utter Chaos, and here fell a Star, a shard of FIRE, right here, and all I could do was crouch under my desk, hidden back in the remains of the office I worked in.

You think it's easy to be a coward? It isn't. I have to pretend that I'm brave enough to even go outside my own shelter, just to slink along to work. The fire and three others conferred in the Great Home cavern, down there at the center of the bowl.

I watch from under the desk, shivering and sweating. Whatever else, our world, our City has been breached, and there is Daylight... Oh... oh no, I think it's coming near me... No! Don't! NOOO!

I wake up knowing she talked to me. I know that she touched me, and didn't wish me harm... but what we talked about is just out of mind, just beyond thought. She said I'd remember, and I wouldn't be afraid.

I hope it is soon, because I am not where I used to be, and the Sky-Fire is painfully bright.
