The name is a bizarre homage to a corner bar in the off again on again "most dangerous city in the U.S." [redacted] that once upon a time long ago used to sell us miscreants pints at 16. To their credit, they refused to sell us beer (reasoning we could hide a pint of vodka on the way out much easier than a six-pack of beer.)
