Character Bio

Rai Kuang, twin sister of Kai Kuang, was kidnapped at a young age from Paragon City. Eventually she came to know Praetoria as home and lost all of her memories of Paragon and Kai. She has no recollection of how she ended up here or where she really came from, having no idea that back where she originated, Kai is still searching for her relentlessly.

Back in Paragon, Kai is known for her ultra powerful Kuang KICK's, but here in Praetoria, Rai gives her beat-downs in the form of Kuang POW's through use of kinetic melee rather than martial arts, and instead of the super reflexes that Kai possesses, Rai is more stealthful as a ninja.
