Who do you blame when a government science experiment goes wrong?
well the scientists blame the government and the government blames the subject so it is only natural if the subject blames the scientists and that is exactly the case when it comes to Mental Issues the government wanted to try to make psionic solder all they needed was a young recruit and that was easy to find and they found that it could be done... much to their regret the experiment was a complete success except that the subject lost all memory he does not even remember his own name not only that the funding for the program was pulled and the program was shut down and so the order was signed to terminate the subject but thanks to a human self preservation instinct the subject fought back
and escaped so now he is forever looking for who he once was the name he goes by is nothing more than a comment that someone said to him ("You need to deal with those Mental Issues you have.") so now he does what he can to learn all that he can
