Character Bio

Patrick Kelly was just a low-level reporter for the TPN, but when his story about the Resistance was killed and he was told to back away from it, his natural reporter instincts kicked in.  He decided to investigate further on his own in disguise.

Using his father's heirloom .45s and a gas projecting suit, built by his genius nephew, as protection, he hit the streets in search of news.  But he was quickly grabbed up by the Powers Division and his investigation really began.
