Character Bio

Professor Johnathon Casey has worked for Crey Industries and was attached to SERAPH until his accident. Using his skills as a neurosurgeon and genetic engineer he developed a procedure to induce pyrokinetic talent in the human brain. As his research grants were running out he performed the procedure on himself out of desperation for a sucess. He was unaware his lab had been sabotaged and the resulting explosion burnt him over 95% of his body. As he recovered in hospital he designed his envrio suit to cut off his pain receptors in his brain or he would have spent the rest of his life screaming. He is now detached and focused, as every other sense is heightened to compensate for his lack of touch. He now trains and leads young heroes in the Twilight's Nation, hoping for a brighter future for Paragon City.
