A diminuative high school student was trying desperatly to be noticed. She pestered her parents for implants, she joined the cheering squad, she acted like a total blond even bleaching her hair. But a chemlab accident made her smaller still (well, not the implants) and woke energy and electrical abilities along with a very very short temper. She was jailed for crippling the football team for not picking her for their parties.
