An agent with a minor gift for psionics volunteered for an experimental procedure that should have increased her intelligence and psychic abilities tremendously. It was a successful failure. Her psi abilities woke to an unexpeted level, granting her the ability to project forcefields and devastating mental attacks.. Also unexpected was the dramatic decrease of her intellect. Released from the program, the agent nicknamed Bubbles simply tries to help any she can.
