Billy has come unstuck in time and made it to Paragon City, where he found that another version of himself had already appeared. Instead of inflicting the masses with a Billy Pilgr1m, he decided that in his next jump backwards, he would change the "i" to an "a" and become Billy Pilgram instead. Billy has taken to reading Terry Pratchett, and as his nom de global calls himself CMOT Dibbler.
