Character Bio

Sally Stone believes in hierarchy, order, and the rule of law.    She was destined for a career as an administrator, bureaucrat, or prison guard, until she realized that with the application of focused will and practice, she could manifest abilities appreciated by the Powers Division.   As The Stone Spark, she exercised her need for order by inflicting it on the city's enemies.

She's horrified by the chaos of Primal Earth, but vows show Paragon City what good can come of a strict adherence to law.
