A preliminary design for a combat android, Mark-7 went into action on 'her' own when a botched
Council raid left her lead designer paralyzed. Over time she's brought herself closer to what she sees
as perfection (for some reason, she considers being human to be that), and has spent her time patroling the streets of Paragon City, defending the innocent and collecting Best Buy coupons.
