Character Bio

When Cindy Graysen was saved from the Circle of Thorns by Ferrous Oxide, she felt
that she owed a debt to the heroes of Paragon City. So she invented the "Snow Globe"
suit to protect heroes in the field. By using state of the art technology, she developed a
means of throwing protective fields around heroes & freezing villians so that authorities
could retrieve them.
