Character Bio

Officer Teo was gunned down in the line of duty while investigating suscipious Syndicate activity. After he was pronounced officially deceased, the Ministry of Technologies used his body in an experimental program in order to created a perfect super weapon. The experiment was declared only a partial success, and funding was dropped.

However, Teo still retained his individuality and consciousness through the whole process. Though he may be more machine than man, he nonetheless continues his role to protect the innocent, serve the public trust, and to uphold the law... though which laws he will uphold remains in question...
