There were once seven of these magical constructs, finely wrought of mithril and chased with faience and gold, created deep in forgotten history to protect the great and beautiful land of Oranbega. One by one, the war with Mu saw them destroyed, until the last one, secreted accidentally in a chamber sealed by the city's sinking, was all that remained.

Mere years ago, this last Silverwing Sentinel was found by heroes delving into the Oranbegan ruins and brought to the MAGI vault, where she lay still dormant until a break-in by Outcast gang members ended in her disappearance, along with that of several smaller artifacts. The police and several heroes were sent after the thieves, but none expected them to be turned in by the missing statue itself.
