Character Bio

Always hotheaded, when she reached adolescence, Cordelia Sevastopol began
to manifest an uncanny ability to win every fistfight she got into -- and she took
great joy in getting into as many bloody, violent fights as she could.

After being kicked out of several high schools, her family finally sent her away
to a boarding school. There, she finally learned some compassion, as one of
many frightened, dislocated girls who were away from their families for the first
time in their lives. As she turned to use her powers to help people rather than
hurt
them, she found that they became more honed, more focused -- and a lot
stranger. Upon finally receiving her high school diploma, she vanished, not
willing to show her parents what she'd become.

When she arrived in Paragon City she took the name Cordovan Sev. Like that
boarding school, this city has been a place she's blossomed.
