On New Years Eve, young Kerry Burns heard her front door knock with the clock nearing midnight.

On answering, a dirt laden stranger said to her "Happy New Year miss, let me give you this piece of
lucky coal and a bottle of something to warm yourself with."

With that he left, leaving Kerry holding this strange piece of coal in her hand.

Little did she know that this was endowed with magical properties that would slowly transform her
body into one capable of igniting into a fireball and beyond!
