Character Bio

At an early age Andrea was magicly infuced with lightning, her whole body began to mutate to acomidate the lightning and she has now become one giant magicly charged battery. She has since learned to control the lightning within her to use in punches and melee combat. She can also use it to propell her body great hights. Becuase of her powers she was approched by the Praetorian Police to help fight for their cause.
She soon saw the all the negative effects that Coles goverment and joined the resistance and has fought for them ever since to make Praetoria a better place to live.
