Character Bio

Valerie is your typical average college student. Yet, she had a secret. Her brother is the legendary hero of Paragon City named Lord Fyrestryke. What Valerie did not know was that she carried the same genes that allowed her brother to have control over fire. Yet, she had never manifested any powers of her own.

A Kheldian named Kah?Letna was seeking a human host to help her in the fight against evil. After talking to Lord Fyrestryke, Kah?Letna sought out his sister Valerie. Kah?Letna was able to unlock the latent mutant genes in Valerie so that they might fuse together. Valerie admired her brother and longed to help the people of Paragon City as he did.

Kah?Letna initiated the merging and the two became one new entity ready to fight villainy. As is Kheldian custom, the host was to choose the name of the new being. Valerie chose Fusionstryke to honor both her brother and Kah?Letna. Eager anticipation filled the joined mind of Fusionstryke and she set out for Paragon City.
