Character Bio

In the 1950s, Steve Jerkinson was an assistant manager of a soda fountain and a technology hobbyist by night. His opposition to the Civil Rights movement's lunch counter sit-ins is legendary. He stole a super-sugar concoction from his high school rival, who later became Dr. Sugar. Using this and his ice generating gloves he used for serving soda quickly, he began freezing the courageous teen strikers. When things looked their worst, and Soda Jerk's combination of speed and frozen mayhem was looking like it might quelch the sit-ins entirely, his rival devised a machine to send him forward in time somehow. He now seeks bitter revenge on his rival Dr. Sugar and Sugar's allies, Lemonade and Lemonlime.
