Character Bio

Born of a chance encounter between an officer of the PPD and a member of the Resistance, Alexei had however, never discovered this fact. When he was a baby, the PPD came for his mother to arrest her and deal with her rampant, violent storm powers. The officer had no idea she had a child at the time. Traumatized by the struggle, Alexei's powers manifested; displaying in a violent storm that ripped open a rift in the fabric of space.
Enveloping the PPD and himself, he was thrown backwards into time. Raised by the PPD, his life became conditioned to follow the Loyalists. Managing to control his storm powers and the potential unstable rift opening, he displayed an aptitude for robotics. They focused his powers, this direction and so he found himself serving the Powers Division, enthusiastically.
