Character Bio

Tess never planned on being super powered, but even as a child she could generate more than just a small shock off of running acrost the carpet in socks. As she grew older, she learned how to generate electricty partially naturally, and partially through other means, eventually learning how to drain energy out of people.

Currently she is Detective Debonair's sidekick, working on the side of the Loyalists for the Preatorian Police Department.
