Mikaela Rush hates disorder, plain and simple.

Born on the tail end of the Hamidon Wars, she remembers her parents' constant worry about the loss of human civilization; the omnipresent fretting over staple items like food, clean water, a home; of security for their daughter, that she could have the best life she possibly could.

Emperor Cole's profound work in establishing a perfect society, here in Imperial City, cast a blazing glow over Mikaela's childhood. In him, she saw the ultimate in leadership and dedication. Cole represented the ideal Man for all to follow - or be crushed.

She abhors Chaos. Unto the wrath of an ill-formed world, she'll cast her bullets - each shot, a blessing of Law. Each death, a paving stone to future glory for all of Mankind.
