Character Bio

There's money to be made in the Isles, a lot more money than in Paragon City.  Joseph Blake was a typical mesmerist in a city full of magic users, who didn't have much power over the environment he worked in.  This was until he met a mad scientist who thought that he could use Blake's minor talents with some experiments.  With the injection of assorted nanites that augmented his abilities, Blake soon was able to surpass the typical magic user.  He likes to see people fly - and fall - and he especially likes to make them do things that no other person should do to another.  He has an arena in St. Martial, where he captures people from the Isles and commands them to do lewd and awful things to each other, from gladiator games to S&M.  He also sells tickets, so if you're ever interested...
