Young Allastor - 56 years old - was sent from 14th century into the future Paragon City by mistake, and further returned to his place in the timeline. However, his travelling throught time resulted in a residual portion of himself residing in a demi-plane, which weakened his original self from this time. Upon rescuing him, this version of Allastor is stuck in this time, under his older self's protection.

Notes:
- Teenager voice (sounds 15ish), British accent. Can speak Draconic.
- His true powers are dormant, but latent.
- Usually timid around strangers.
- Accute senses and extrasensorial perception (can "see" auras. PST if applies).
- Smells slightly like morning rain.
- Partially protected mind.
- Limited telepathy with other dragons.
