Background: The mysterious Lord Voltage emerged one day, as the brave heroes of Paragon City, had one of their many fights against Lord Nemesis(Data File XV-4). As the Heroes had the advantage over Lord Nemesis, he suddenly activated a piece of unknown Portal Technology, and summoned forth a horde of his Robots. Leading these where a strange figure cloaked in a lightning storm. Instead of aiding his Lord, this new arrival instead attacked Lord Nemesis and aided in defeating him. The Heroes thought they had gained a new ally, but as soon as Lord Nemesis went down, they were attacked by this armored man. Some speculate that Lord Voltage is a clone of some sorts, created by Lord Nemesis, to direct some of the battles he himself cannot oversee.
