Character Bio

Roxy always found that she had a talent for telling when others were in pain. As
often as not, such a thing could be considered a curse as much as a blessing, as the
acute pain of those suffering stabbed into her heart like hot steel. Finally, deciding
she could no longer refuse to see the troubles of those in the world, she joined the
military as a medic. She served for three years before returning to Paragon City
where the pains began again, the trouble of a city plagued by crime. As such she
drives herself nightly out of her apartment and onto the streets, to places of need
trying to uncover just where all the pain comes from.
