Riotborg is a special forces experiment with technologically advanced cybornetic implants. He is able to channel energy and focus it trough core receptors surgically placed in each of his arms. With advanced perception through a computer targeting system placed in the visor he wears, his accuracy is greatly enhanced. Riot is driven by his compassion for the weak and distain for evil. His past has been marked as "Top Secret" in order to protect those that are closest to him. With his power and leadership, criminals tremble at the mention of his name.
