Character Bio

Part of a classified science team working on genetic mutation and a way to make mutants like normal humans, Prime Directive was exposed to a highly unstable mutagen. Shortly after his exposure, Prime realized that he had started exhibiting some mutant like abilities. Now, practically a mutant himself, he fights along side all heros, mutant and non-mutant alike in hopes of one day living a normal human exisitance.
