Character Bio

A mild-mannered (but short-tempered) warrant clerk by day, his efforts to further the causes of law and justice were hampered by impotent bureaucracy and woefully inadequate court management software. Taking the handle "Dash Bleu" (because some other jerk was already calling himself "Dash"), donning his most happenin' suit, and putting his faith in his fists and feet, he takes to the streets to right the wrongs left unaddressed by the underfunded and understaffed municipal court system.
