Character Bio

Born Wei Chang, he was the sole survivor of a vicious bandit attack on his family. Blinded by chemicals poured into his 8 year old eyes, he was left alive, but helpless. Found by a wandeirng gentlemen, he was taken to a hidden Chinese mountain temple.

Here he found a new home, where he stayed until he reached adulthood. While there he was taught ancient mystical techniques that allowed him to tap mental powers. He proved most adept at this, and soon surpassed his tutors. Strangely enough, this was sufficient to open his third eye, literally.

Now wishes to explore the world, and repay the kindness shown him by using his abilities to help others. His travels have brought him to Paragon City where he has found there is much need of his services.w
